Acceptance of Terms
By booking, scheduling, or receiving services from Gold Label Detailing ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not book our services.
Services
Gold Label Detailing provides mobile auto and marine detailing services throughout Palm Beach County, Florida. We come to your location and supply our own water and power. Service scope, packages, and add-ons are described on our website and confirmed at the time of booking. Final pricing may be adjusted upon on-site inspection based on the actual size, condition, and requirements of your vehicle or vessel.
Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed once we agree on a date, time, and service. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods: Cash, Zelle, Venmo, and major credit/debit cards.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand plans change. We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment so we can offer that slot to another client. Late cancellations, no-shows, or appointments where our team is unable to access the vehicle or vessel on arrival may be subject to a trip fee.
Weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may require us to reschedule. We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new time at no cost to you.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide a safe, legal, and accessible location for the service. Please remove personal belongings, valuables, and any items you do not want handled from the vehicle or vessel prior to our arrival. Gold Label Detailing is not responsible for personal items left inside.
Limitation of Liability
We take great care with every vehicle and vessel we service. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Gold Label Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects, including but not limited to loose trim, faded or oxidized clear coat, prior paint repairs, cracked or chipped glass, worn upholstery, or mechanical/electrical issues that may become apparent during or after service.
Our maximum liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.
Results & Expectations
Detailing results depend on the condition of the vehicle or vessel at the time of service. While we always aim for the highest-quality finish, we do not guarantee the removal of every stain, scratch, oxidation, or contaminant. We will always communicate expected results before beginning work.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
